This website, lumorren.com, is operated by Lumorren, an online store for lighting and home décor. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lumorren. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to: our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the store

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

Product descriptions

We describe each light using its verified dimensions, materials, color, bulb or lighting specifications and supplied components. Check the product page and instructions for electrical compatibility and installation requirements. Colors may look different on different screens. If an item is not as described, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Prices and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices may change, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order with a full refund if a light was listed with an obvious pricing or description error, or if it becomes unavailable.

Payment

Only payment methods actually displayed at secure checkout are accepted. An order cannot be completed without an available payment method. See our Payment Information for current availability. The full order total is shown before payment.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery areas, costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy: free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, with an estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for defective or non-defective products in new or slightly used condition. Return shipping is free using the prepaid return label included in your package, no restocking fee is charged, and approved refunds are received within 10 calendar days of our receiving the returned light.

Installation and safe use

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the electrical ratings on each product. Do not operate a light with damaged wiring or use it where its specifications do not permit. Hardwired products must be installed by a qualified professional where required. Keep packaging and small components away from children. Do not modify electrical components.

Manufacturer warranty

Warranty coverage, where offered, is provided by each light’s manufacturer under its own terms. We are happy to help you contact the manufacturer and file a claim.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. If we find an error, we correct it as soon as possible.

Intellectual property

The Lumorren name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to Lumorren. Product names and brands belong to their respective manufacturers. Content from this site may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumorren is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law of the United States. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your state of residence.
